Project #2 - Week Three: Metaphor Image of Education

In these sketches, I still was not getting the idea down that I wanted. Then I got the idea of climbing up the corporate ladder (sketch at bottom right), showing the steps of going up to the top of your goals. It shows money going out of the buildings indicating they are wealthy. The base of the ladders, comes from the school in the middle - I thought it was good. THEN, there was an idea that came from Evan. It is the one right next to it on the left with the simple school building shapes. Steve, my teacher, loved the simplicity of it and suggested that it was the best idea, so now I am going with it because it does best describe the metaphor of education: MONEY!!! You need it to get a good education.
