Project #3 - Week Three: Metaphor of Education

Final Sketch

This piece consists of the school building icon with a dollar bill in it. The color scheme is complementary colors of what everything is normally. It works out this way because, the we normally see the school building as a red icon, and so the dollar bill is green. In return, to have the green building stand out on the background and to make it more dramatic and interesting, I made the ground red that is normally green, the sky orange, and the sun purple, all complimetaries of what we normally see for a usual landscape.
